Basic Applicant Requirements

(for all housing programs)

• Legal US Resident
• Legal custody of minor children (under 18 years)
• Verifiable income, meeting income guidelines
• No felony convictions within the last 5 years, and no sexual predator convictions
• Zero tolerance for illegal drug use and/or substance abuse while on Community of Hope properties
• Willingness to abide by individual program guidelines and requirements
